Refund and Returns Policy Overview
At Mane Sophistication, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our Refund and Return Policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is delivered. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received
• Be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and inserts included
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Mane Sophistication reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Opened or used hair care products
• Opened beauty and personal care products
• Hair extensions, wigs, or hair pieces that have been opened, worn, altered, or removed from their protective packaging
• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• E books, guides, courses, and digital downloads
• Personalized or custom made products
• Intimate or sanitary products
• Products containing hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases
• Final sale and clearance items
Clothing and Accessories Returns
Clothing, fashion accessories, and wearable items may be returned if they are:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with all original tags attached
Items that show signs of wear may not qualify for a refund.
Hair Equipment and Tools
Hair tools and equipment may be returned if they are:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Free from damage
• Returned with all included parts and accessories
Used electrical tools and equipment may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@manesophistication.com
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
• Items returned with missing parts not caused by our error
• Items returned in less than original condition
• Products showing signs of use
• Products returned without original packaging
• Returns received after the approved return period but accepted at our discretion
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
All sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped.

If approved, you may be instructed to mail back the item
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return an approved item:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
For high value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
